Pastor Arthur serves as the Senior Pastor of Victory Life Church, leading the church with a passion for preaching the Gospel, discipleship, and building a strong, Christ-centered community. Pastor Arthur is committed to teaching biblical truth, equipping believers for spiritual growth, and reaching the local and global community with the love of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Arthur has served in various ministry roles. His heart is to see lives transformed through the power of God’s Word, dynamic worship, and authentic fellowship.

Under Pastor Arthur’s leadership, Victory Life Church continues to grow as a welcoming place for all people, focused on faith, service, and spreading the hope of Christ.

He is blessed to serve the VLC congregation and is excited for what God has in store for the future.

Mark Hattabaugh II
Executive Pastor

Pastor Hattabaugh serves as the Executive Pastor at Victory Life Church overseeing the church’s day-to-day operations, ministry teams, and strategic vision. With a heart for leadership and a passion for building a strong, healthy church, Pastor Hattabaugh works closely with the senior pastor and staff to ensure that the church’s mission is carried out effectively.

Pastor Hattabaugh is dedicated to seeing lives transformed through the ministry of Victory Life Church, ensuring that all church operations, discipleship programs, and outreach initiatives run smoothly and effectively. Whether leading teams, managing church initiatives, or providing pastoral care, he is committed to helping the church thrive.

James & Lillie Speight
Care Pastor

James serves as the Care Pastor at Victory Life Church, where he is dedicated to providing spiritual guidance, support, and encouragement to those in need. With a heart for pastoral care and a deep passion for serving others, Pastor James Speight leads efforts to offer prayer, counseling, hospital visits, and support for individuals and families facing life’s challenges.

With 40+ years of ministry experience, pastoring, and helping to plant a church, Pastor Speight has a strong commitment to walking alongside people in their faith journey. Whether through one-on-one support, grief counseling, he strives to reflect the love and compassion of Christ in every interaction.

He is grateful to be part of the Victory Life Church family and looks forward to continuing to serve and care for the community.

James Hicks
First Elder

James Hicks serves as the First Elder at Victory Life Church providing spiritual support to the church body. With a deep love for God’s Word and a heart for serving others, he plays a key role in assisting the pastoral team, ensuring the spiritual health of the congregation.

James is committed to discipleship, prayer, and fostering a strong sense of community within the church. His passion is to help believers grow in their faith, support those in need, and uphold the biblical values that guide Victory Life Church.

His desire is to see lives transformed through the power of Christ and to encourage others to live out their faith in a meaningful way.
